WHAT IS MISSION DISTRIBUTION PORTAL?

Mission Distribution Portal is the Mission Distribution website for pharmacy partners in Australia. Mission Distribution Portal facilitates online ordering, product and pricing information. Mission Distribution Portal is exclusively for Australia pharmacy 18+ partners.

IF I START USING MISSION DISTRIBUTION PORTAL FOR ORDERING CAN I STILL USE OTHER METHODS TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Mission Distribution would prefer that you adopt a single method of order placement (internet/phone), so that optimal resources can be provided to enable the best possible customer service. The portal is also accessible on mobile devices and you will only be unable to access the payment options tab. If you are having trouble placing an order online, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team will provide you with further assistance.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM I CAN ORDER?

The minimum spend to receive a delivery is $200 excluding GST

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Due to the current regulations, we can only send the schedule 4 products to the address on the account application form. A change of address requires a new application form to be filled out. Please note, deliveries will continue to be sent to the current address until the new account is setup.
