Dear Valued Pharmacy Customer
If you come across with a rare situation of faulty product issue, please accept our apologies if that event happens, and take the below steps.
- Collect and verify the faulty product from a patient for a replacement or refund. Please understand that we can’t directly deal with a patient as we are not a pharmacist, or in a position directly deal with any patient.
- Request “Warranty Claim” by sending us the below information through email; [email protected] & [email protected]

3.Our warehouse manager will send you a return courier ticket in pdf by email, so you can just get it printed and attached to the parcel.
4.Send it to the address; Attn. Warehouse Manager (+61 3 8609 0999), Mission Distribution Victoria Pty Limited, PO Box 5118, Heathwood VIC 3134.
5.Once our warehouse manager has received and validated it, a credit note of the faulty product return will be sent to you by email.
6.The credit amount will be deducted from your usual payment, so you pay less in your next order.
